We Root Together

We Root Together is a garden that will be made at our school. With Covid - 19 its harder to stay connected with people. Its the same when we're at school. Some people are online the full time others switching between. This garden is a way where we can stay connected with each other and remember the tough times we faced, but that we got through it.

For now each seventh grader will get a plant that they will grow and keep track of the progress it makes. This is also used as a learning experience to see whose plant is growing the fastest or if something happen to one and why. Then once they're grown we will plant them by the school in a garden so they are all together. Not only is this a fun project for students to do, but it can help the environment by attracting more insects and pollinaters.
